本文通过证明二个引理建立了 Noether 算子在受到多种扰动情况下的一系列稳定性理论,并给出了严格的理论证明。
In this paper,through the proof of two lemmas,a series of theories are formulated of the stability of Noether operator when it is subjected to manifold disturbances.The proof given is solid and strict.
