原油蒸气染毒大鼠白细胞电镜观察

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF LEUKOCYTE OF ADULT SD RAT BREATHING PETROLEUM VAPOUR

本实验对原油蒸气染毒大鼠外周血白细胞进行了电子显微镜观察.结果表明:不同浓度的原油蒸气染毒。对大鼠白细胞亚微结构均有不同程度的损伤.显示线粒体肿大。线粒体嵴模糊和嵴消失,滑面内质网扩张,细胞膜表面胞突减少等改变.提示原油蒸气对大鼠白细胞有毒性损伤作用.

The ultrastructural technique was employed to observe the periphery blood leukocyte of adult SD rat breathing pctroleum vapour.The results showed that different concentrations of petroleum vapour breathed showed different degrees of damage to the leukocyte ultrastructurel of the SD rat.Such damage is manifested by decreased pcripheral process on the surface membrane of the cells,mitochondria edema,obscurc mitochondria crista,the ap- pearance of mitochondria crista,smooth endoplasmic rcticulum enlagement and so on.The results suggest the inhalation of petroleum vapour had toxic and damaging effects on the perephery blood leukocyte of SD rat.
