人精浆对巨噬细胞产生活性氧的影响

EFFFCTS OF HUMAN SEMNAL PLASMA ON MACROPHAGE FUNCTION

摘要 本文报告用生物化学发光法观察人精浆对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生活性氧的影响。 Lympocytes and macrophages in human semen may serve as reservoir in transmission of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). It is known that human seminal plasma (HSP) affects lymphocytes activity but has no effect on macrophage phagocytic activity. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of HSP on oxidants releasing by mice peritoneal macrophages. It was found that HSP can suppress the macrophages to release oxidants which was stimulated by zymosan.
