摘要
研究了以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,癸二酸和正丁醇为原料合成癸二酸二丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,醇酸摩尔比为3:1,催化剂用量为0.2g(癸二酸为0.05mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为5mL,反应温度为110~140℃,反应时间为1.0h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达98.6%。
The synthesis of dibutyl sebacate with butyl alcohol and sebacic acid as reactants and sodium bisulfate as catalyst had been studied. The influent actors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:Weight of catalyst was 0.2g(weight of sebacic acid if 0.05 mol);molar ratio of butyl alcohol to sebacic acid was 3 : l;the taking water reagent (Toluene) was 5 mL;the reaction temperature was 110-1401; reaction time was 1.0 h. The yield of dibutyl sebacate was about 98.6% .
