对高校新一轮内部管理体制改革的思考

Speculations on the Reform of the New Round Internal Management System in the Higher Learning Institutions

随着高校管理体制改革的进一步深化 ,作为高校管理体制改革的重要组成部分的高校内部管理体制改革方兴未艾 ,许多高校已进行了第一、二轮内部管理体制改革 ,新一轮高校内部管理体制改革已悄然兴起。新一轮改革的思路是 :顺应教育规律 ;转换机制 ;统筹安排 ;提高质量。

An important part of the entire reform in the higher learning institutions came forward with the further reform of the management system in the higher learning institutions,especially its internal management system,. Many higher learning institutions have finished their first and second reform of the internal management system. The new round reform in the internal management system is being brewed. This paper attempts to make some discussions and exploration from the viewpoint of policy-making by recalling the first two reforms and having a perspective view of the new round in reform. It may be worthwhile emphasizing that the new round reform of the higher learning institutes is under way.
