教师创造性教育的条件

On Conditions of Creative Education

文章对教师进行创造性教育的内外条件进行了探讨 ,认为教师要进行创造性教育 ,必须具备创造性教育观、创造性人格、创造性思维能力等内部条件 ,同时 ,还必须创造相应的外部条件 ,即亲密、合作的师生关系 ,和谐。

This paper discusses the internal and external conditions of creative education.The author thinks that in order to carry out creative education,the teachers must have internal conditions such as creative educational concept,creative personality and creative thought.In the meantime,it is necessary to create corresponding external conditions,that are intimate and cooperative relations between teachers and students,harmonious and relaxed psychological atmosphere and flexible ways and methods.
