摘要
高等学校教师的个体评价是高等学校教育评价的一个重要组成部分 ,也是当前高等学校教师管理的研究重点。本文试图通过对教师个体评价体系中定性与定量关系的分析 ,阐述当前高校追求单一评价模式的弊端 ,并进一步探讨多样化的教师评价方式及评价方式的灵活应用。
The individual evaluation of university faculty is not only an important component of university educational evaluation, but also the research emphasis of the present administration of college teachers. However, in the pursuit of a solitary model of evaluation, there exist some disadvantages. This paper focuses on illustrating these disadvantages by giving an analysis of the relationship between qualitative research and quantitative research in the evaluation system. It also provides a further discussion of diversified evaluation means and flexible application of them.
