数字图书馆依网络而存 ,并将成为网络社会的重要成员。文章简单回顾了数字图书馆的起源 ,分析了数字图书馆与著作权主体的关系 ,描述了数字图书馆中涉及的著作权许可问题 。

The digital library exists in network and would be one of the key members in network society.In this article,the origin of digital library is briefly reviewed,the relationship between copyright subject and digital library is analyzed,and the permission of copyright in digital library is also discussed.In the end,the thought of copyright management in digital library is presented.
