摘要
本文研究了硫酸铝—聚丙烯酰胺法处理洗毛废水。经该法处理的洗毛废水外观清晰、透明,BOD、COD 值均降低80%,悬浮物去除率达95%,透明度增加了56倍。凝聚在絮团中的羊毛脂可提取,静置后的水可作回用,既解决了沉渣的二次污染问题,又可节约大量的水资源。且设备简单、费用低廉。
A method of using aluminum sulfate and polyacrylamide to treat waste water in wool washing is studied.After being treated,the waste water looks transparent.Both BOD and COD values are lowered by 80%. The suspension removal rate rises to 95%.The transparency is raised by a factor of 56.The wool grease in wadding can be extracted and calmed water can be recycled.This method may be used not only to clear the secondary pollution by dregs but also to save a large amount of water, while the equipment required is simple and the cost is low.
