The penalty factorization method is a solution to the linear program. Based on the properties of the elementary transformation and the characteristics of the penalty factorization,this article is to focus on the relationship between the base and nonbase variable in the linear program,and to simplify the simplex chart containing the penalty factorization.And so the calculation becomes faster and more accurate.
