The paper presents two kinds of teaching schema about the calculation of the innate time and the true distance in the Schwarz Schild field,and points out the one which is frequently used but can not well embody the key content of general relativity and the introducing of Einstein equation should not be eluded in general relativity on the basis of the level of general physics.
