摘要
用不同的解离液解离果蝇唾腺体。实验结果表明:用盐酸醋酸C液解离唾腺体3min,所制成的果蝇唾腺染色体效果最好。
Dissociating from drosophila melanogaster salivary gland with different dissociation liquid, the experiment shows that drosophila melanogaster salivary gland chromosomes, dissociated from 3min salivary gland with hydrochloric acid acetic acid C liquid, is the best result.
