摘要
目的评价猕猴慢性高眼压模型眼视盘结构的相关生物学特性。方法成年猕猴7只,采用半导体倍频532激光和氩激光光凝猕猴单眼小梁网建立高眼压模型,使用海德堡视网膜断层成像仪和视网膜血流分析仪检测双眼的视盘形态和筛板血流参数。结果 7例猕猴模型眼光凝成功后2个月内平均眼压为44.9±11.6mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kpa)。模型眼的视盘形态参数,除视盘面积外,视杯形态指数、视杯面积、杯/盘面积比、盘沿面积、视网膜神经纤维层的平均厚度等,与对照眼相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);模型眼的筛板血流量、血流速度和红细胞移动速率与对照眼相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种激光均成功建立了猕猴慢性高眼压模型,模型眼较对照眼出现视杯凹陷性扩大、视网膜神经纤维层变薄等青光眼特征的眼底形态学改变。
Purpose To evaluate the related biological characteristics of optic discs in rhesus monkey's chronic ocular hypertensive models.Methods One eye of each monkey's trabecular meshwork was photocoagulated by either semiconductor frequency-doubled 532 laser or argon laser to treat the ocular hypertensive models.Heidelberg Retinal Tomograph and Retinal Flowmeter were applied to examine the topographic parameters and laminar blood flow parameters of the optic discs in both eyes.Results During the two months after initial pressure elevation,the average intrancular pressure of the model eyes was 44.9±11.6 mmHg.Compared with the control eyes,there are significant differences of cup shape measure,cup area,cup/disk area ratio,rim area and mean thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer in the model eyes,except for the disk area.There is no significant difference of the volume,flow and velocity between the model eyes and the control eyes. Conclusion Two types of laser photocoagulation have successfully induced the chronic ocular hypertensive model.Compared with the control eyes,the model eyes can present characteristic glaucomatous morphological changes,including cupping and thinning of the retinal nerve fiber layer.
