视网膜光凝术对角膜知觉的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨视网膜静脉阻塞患者在视网膜光凝术后的角膜知觉改变及影响因素。方法 16眼视网膜中央静脉阻塞、11眼视网膜分枝静脉阻塞患者在应用倍频 ND:YAG 激光行全视网膜光凝或区域性视网膜光凝后,采用 Cochet-Bonnnet 角膜知觉测量仪测量光凝前及光凝后角膜知觉。结果视网膜中央静脉阻塞组术前的角膜知觉为3.65cm,与术前相比,术后1~5 wk 的角膜知觉明显减退(配对 t 检验,P<0.05)。视网膜分枝静脉阻塞组在光凝前后的角膜知觉差异无统计学意义。视网膜中央静脉阻塞组光凝后1 wk 的角膜知觉减退值与光凝点的相关系数为0.621,与术前的角膜知觉的相关系数为0.654。结论视网膜中央静脉阻塞行全视网膜光凝后的角膜知觉有明显减退,在光凝后6 wk 恢复至术前水平,视网膜分枝静脉阻塞组在光凝后的角膜知觉无明显改变,角膜知觉的减退值与光凝的范围及术前的角膜知觉有关。 Purpose To evaluate and compare the recovery and risk factors of postoperative corneal seusitvity after retinal coagulation in patients with retinal vein occlusion.Methods 16 consecutive eyes with retinal vein occlusion underwent panretinal photocoagulation using,an ND:YAG laser.11 consecutive eyes with branch retinal vein occlusion underwent focal retinal photocoagulation.Corneal sensitivity was tested preoperatively and postoperatively,using the Cochet-Bonnnte esthesiometer.Results The value of corneal sensitivity was reduced during the first 5 weeks after panretinal photocoagulation in the two groups.There were no significant differences in corneal sensitivity before and after laser photocoagulation in branch retinal vein occlusion.The number of laser applications and preoperative corneal sensitivity were associated with the reduction of corneal sensitivity.Conclusion The corneal sensitivity is reduced after panretinal photocoagulation in patiens with central vein occlusion.
