摘要 目的 探讨数字减影血管造影 (DSA)技术在颅内动脉瘤检查中的应用价值 .方法 回顾性分析 12例颅内动脉瘤患者的DSA检查过程中所应用的技术 ,观察颅内动脉瘤的显示情况 .结果 在进行DSA颅内动脉瘤血管造影时 ,常规应用正侧位进行显示 ,显示不清时加做斜位DSA或RDSA造影 ,12例颅内动脉瘤均能清晰显示 .结论 灵活应用DSA检查技术 ,能提高颅内动脉瘤与供血血管解剖结构的关系 . Objective To study the value of DSA (digital subtractio n angiography) technique in the examination of diagnosing intracranial aneurysm. Methods The radiological technique and angiographic manifestati on of 12 patients with intracranial aneurysm who had DSA examination was evaluat ed retrospectively. Results The aneurysms of 12 patiens was dis played distinctly with routine antero-posterior projection and lateral projectio n alone,or in combination with oblique projection or RDSA. Conclusions Flexible application of radiological technique is u seful in improving the connection of intracranial aneurysm and its anatomic re lationship to supply artery.
