生长抑素类似物与消化系肿瘤的进展
摘要
生长抑素作为人体垂体激素和消化系激素的负性调节因子,不仅存在于人体正常组织,在多种肿瘤及其转移灶,特别是消化系肿瘤,均发现有其受体的表达,说明生长抑素及其受体在消化系肿瘤病程发展及诊断治疗中发挥一定作用。
