摘要
目的观测“虚拟中国人”(VirtualChineseHuman,VCH)Ⅰ号女性腰骶丛神经连续横断面的走行,建立腰骶丛神经的可视化数字模型。方法应用虚拟中国人女Ⅰ号(VCH-FⅠ)数据集,在薄层断面图像上观察腰骶丛神经的构成及其与周围血管的关系,应用Amira3.1(TGS)软件对腰骶丛神经进行计算机三维重建并立体显示。结果在VCHFemaleI的骨盆薄层断面图像上可以清楚地显示了腰骶丛神经及其主要分支和盆腔的其它结构,重建的数字化模型可准确的反映腰骶丛神经的解剖学结构特点。结论VCHFemaleⅠ号数据集能够提供完整精确的腰骶丛神经断面解剖,为腰骶丛神经损伤的影像诊断和外科治疗提供了良好的形态学依据。
Objective To observe the normal structure of lu mbosacral plexus in the Virtual Chin ese Human Female I (VCH-F I )and to establish a digitized visible model of lumbosacral plexus structu re.Methods The cross-sectional images of fresh tis sues from the dataset of VCH-F I were r eviewed and the structure of the norm al lum-bosacral plexus was studied on a section-by-section basis.The vertebra l canal,spinal cord and blood vessels were also observed.Three-dimensional computerized reconstruction of brachial plexus and its adjacent structure wa s conducted from these data by Amira(TGS)imaging software.Results The cross-sectional images of the VCH-F I could clearly display the main structure of lumbosacral plexus,and also structures of osseous tissue,connective tissue,nerves and vessels.The three-dimensional rec onstructed images could display perfectly the anatomic relationships a mong these structures.Conclusions The VCH-FⅠdataset can provide complete and accurate data of main structure of lum-bosacral plexus.The digitized model of lumbosacral plexus offers a uniq ue insight into its complex anatomy,and mor-phologic data for imaging diagnosis and treatment of the injury of lumbosacral plexus.[
