摘要
Ni-Cr-Mo合金经冷压成型于真空中以不同温度烧结。通过测定其相对密度、线收缩率、拉伸强度和硬度 ,研究了烧结温度对合金性能的影响。结果表明 :当烧结温度不超过 1330°C时 ,合金的相对密度、收缩率、拉伸强度和硬度随烧结温度的上升而缓慢增加 ;当温度上升到 136 0°C时 ,合金的这些性能指标急剧增加 ;当温度上升到 1390°C时 ,烧结后的合金试样外形发生严重变形。
Ni-Cr-Mo alloys were perforated and sintered at different temperature in vacuum. The influence of sintering temperature on mechanical properties of alloys was investigated by measuring their density, linear shrinkage, tensile strength and hardness. The results show that when sintered at the temperatures that were not higher than 1330 °C , density, linear shrinkage, tensile strength and hardness of the alloys increase slowly with the ascension of sintering temperature; when sintered at 1360 °C , density, linear shrinkage, tensile strength and hardness of the alloys increase quickly; when sintered at 1390 °C , the shape of the samples was eistorted.
