摘要
在平板上对食用菌生产中几种常用消毒剂的杀菌效果进行了研究。结果表明 :甲醛的杀菌效果最好( 5 0倍～ 1 0 0倍稀释液杀菌效果为 1 0 0 % ) ,多菌灵次之 (多菌灵 3 0 0倍～ 2 0 0 0倍的稀释液都有较好的杀菌效果 )。在食用菌生产中 ,甲醛常用来进行室内空气消毒 。
Mouldproof effects of several disinfectants of mushroom were studied on the culture plates. The trial results showed that the mouldproof effects of formaldehyde were the best (the mouldproof effects of 1/50～1/1000 diluted solutions of formaldehyde were 100%), the effects of carbendazim was the next (1/300～1/2000 diluted solutions of carbendazim had good mouldproof effects). In the mushroom culture, formaldehyde was usually used as disinfectant for the air in the room, and carbendazim was usually used as antiseptic in the raw material culture.
