摘要
资源共享使三峡旅游成为具有社团产权特征的物品 ,引发了重庆和宜昌两地旅游开发活动的非合作博弈 ,致使长期积淀形成的旅游品牌形象渐趋模糊、景区的整体性受到破坏 ,严重影响了景区的可持续发展。本文分析了三峡资源共享造成的负外部效应 ,并就产权安排的创新提出自己的看法。
The Three Gorges is a famous scenic area which share with Chongqing and Yichan. This brings on non-cooperative games. Thus, brand of scenic spots become faintness and integrity is destroyed. So sustainable development of the scenic spots is impaired. The paper analyses negative externalities that share with resource and put forward opinions on property right innovation.
