加强高校管理工作的若干思考

On the Improvement of Colleges’ Management

高校均由教师 (教辅 )、行政管理、后勤管理三大部分组成 ,三者相辅相成 ,不可替代。为提高整个国民素质 ,高等院校在实施素质教育的同时 ,必须重视提高管理人员自身的综合素质 ,实行科学管理 ,才能适应新世纪高等教育发展的需要。

A college generally consists of three main parts, i.e. teaching stuff, administrators, logistic staff, which supplement each other and are not replaceable. To improve the whole national quality, the colleges must carry out the Quality Education policy and improve the comprehensive quality of the managerial staff. Only with the scientific management, can the colleges catch up with the development of higher education in the 21st century.
