摘要
以实践性、反思性、批判性和价值性为特征的教育哲学以关注教育实践、教育生活为核心 ,以提升教育者教育智慧为终极目的。本文从教育哲学对提升中小学校长管理与办学水平的意义以及校长如何提升自身的教育哲学素养作了初步的阐述。
Educational philosophy, characterized by practicality, reviewing criticizing and value, mainly concerns about educational practice and educational life, and cultivates the educational wisdom of educators as an ultimate goal. This essay discusses the ways which help headmasters in middle and primary schools to improve their philosophy understanding.
