摘要
企业信息化建设是贯彻落实我国以信息化带动工业化战略的重要举措,而信息化人才对企业信息化建设起着至关重要的作用。近年来,随着我国信息化建设的不断深入,出现了一批具有先进管理理念和掌握IT技术的复合型管理人才——CIO。论文从战略高度分析了企业信息化建设中实施CIO人才战略的意义、我国CIO的发展现状和成因分析以及实施CIO人才战略的措施。
Enterprise information construction is an important move that carries out the strategy of ' using information to promote industrialization' in our country.however,the informationized talents play an essential role in enterprise information construction. In recent years, with the steady development of information construction, a lot of complex type managerial talents—CIO who have advanced theory of management and IT.have appeared the impartance of implementing CIO talent's strategy in enterprise informationization construction, the current situation of CIO in our country and the measure of implementing CIO talent's strategy are described from the high plane of strategy.
