Situation Analysis and Policy Study on Developing Henan's New Type of Industrialization

信息化时代的工业化被称为新型工业化。与全国其他省份相比 ,河南省的工业化程度、城镇化率较低 ,发展新型工业化既有优势也有劣势。相应的对策是加快转变政府职能 ,加快城镇化进程 ,大力发展非公有制经济和积极推动清洁生产。

The new type of industrialization refers to industrialization in the era of informatization. The degree of industrialization and urbanization is pre t ty low in Henan province, compared with that in other provinces in China. Henan has its own advantages and disadvantages in developing new type of industrializa tion and countermeasures include expediting the function-transformation of the g overnment, speeding the process of urbanization, encouraging the development of private economy and promoting cleaning producing.
