社区矫正作为一种现代的行刑方法 ,标志着行刑理念开始由传统的“重刑本位”向“人本位”转变 ,体现了刑罚的人道主义思想。目前 ,我国一些大中城市已经开始了社区矫正的试点工作 ,但是全面推行社区矫正还面临着多种因素的制约 ,需要解决立法的、理念的以及社会环境等多方面的问题。
