摘要
针对钛板在冷压成形过程中压裂的问题,对钛板材料特性和改进前模具结构进行了试验、分析,认为压裂的根本原因是因材料塑性流动不足所致,并提出了改进模具结构和参数及冲压参数等解决问题的方法.
Aimed at the problem of press-caused cracking in cold-pressed formation of titanium plates,the material properties of titanium plates and configuration of the mould to be improved are tested and analyzed.It is recognized that the basic reason of press-cause cracking is insufficiency of plastic yielding of the material.The solution methods such as improving the mould configuration punching paramuters,i.e. are proposed.
