湍流粉碎技术在中药材超细粉碎中的应用

摘要 针对中药材常温超细粉碎的特点,研制出一种新型气流粉碎装置湍流式粉碎机,并应用2种常用中药材(百合、当归)进行了粉碎实验.研究表明:湍流式粉碎机主轴转速3000r/min以上即产生一定的超细粉碎效果,获得的粉体粒度小、分布窄;同时粉碎腔温升低的特点保证了粉碎过程中中药材物性不易被破坏.  Aimed at the characteristics of superfine pulverization of traditional Chinese medicines at normal temperature,a new type of airstream pulverizer-turbulence mill is developed and,by using it,two commonly adopted traditional Chinese medicines(lily and angelica) are used to perform the test of their pulverization.It is shown by investigation that certain superfine pulverizing effect would be obtained when the speed of main shaft of turbulence mill were higher than 3 000 r/min,resulting in a powder with fine grain-size and narrow distribution.Meanwhile,the temperature rise in the smashing chamber of pulverizer is low,so that the property of medicine would be not destructed during the process of pulverization.
