我国电梯上行超速保护的实施措施

The Implementation Measures of Elevators’ Upgoing Overspeed Protection in Our Country

近年来我国的电梯冲顶事故不断出现,造成了建筑物、设备的损坏和人员的伤亡。由于在原国家标准GB7588-1995中未提出此项要求,因此国家新标准GB7588-2003《电梯制造与安装规范》中明确要求电梯上行超速保护装置,并进行了强制性规定。而对于我国在用电梯新旧不一,品种繁多的情况下,应该如何去实施这一规定,笔者谈一谈自己的浅见。

Since the collision accidents of elevators constantly taken place, national standard lays strict regulations on elevators’ upgoing overspeed protective equipment. How to implement such regulations under the condition of various elevators having been put into operation in our country. According to the author’ several years' check experience, the article briefly outlines how to realize elevators’ upgoing overspeed protection effectively.
