真空退火炉模型的机理分析与优化

摘要  通过对退火炉工作机理的分析,以现场实际采集的数据为基础,采用加热炉物理机理建立对象的模型和利用遗传算法对模型中的系数值进行优化的方法,提出了一种真空退火炉的基于退火温度精确控制的优化数学模型,经仿真验证了该模型的有效性,实现了退火温度的精确控制. For the accurate control to annealing temperature, the mechanism of the vacuum anneal furnace was analyzed and an optimized model based on the accurate control was set up. The model was based on the physical mechanism of vacuum annealing furnace, on the optimization of the coefficient by Genetic Algorithm, and on the on-the-spot data. Its validity was examined through simulation.
