摘要
至少处于 LTE 态的等离子体,温度才有确切的定义。因此等离子体状态诊断是温度计量的基本前提。气动试验中低温等离子体的光谱诊断技术应当占有特殊重要的位置。开展低温等离子体温度计量的研究工作,其具有的意义远非共本身,而是可以依此进行状态诊断、温度测量.原子参数的测定和高温气体输运性质的实验研究等项有价值的工作。
When the plasma should be in LTE state at least,theplasma temperature is definited distinctly.Therefore the diagnosis ofthe plasma states is prerequisite to the thermometry and the techniqueof the spectroscopic diagnosis of the plasma occupies an importantplace in aerodynamic test.The significance,which the study of the th-crmometry for the low-temperature plasma is developed,should be inthe diagnosis of the states,the temperature measurement,the experi-mental determination of atomic parameter and the transport propertiesetc.Valuable experimental investigations rather than that it should beonly in the plasma thermometry.
