浅谈高校学生党支部建在班级

Constructing Party Branches for Students at Class Level in Institutes of Higher Learning

随着招生规模的不断扩大,高校在校生人数不断增加,高校传统的纵向为主的垂直型基层党组织体系已不适应新形势下高校学生党建工作的需要。文章在分析当前高校学生党支部建在班上的重要性和必要性的基础上,提出了如何实施的具体建议和措施。

The continuously expanding enrollment of colleges and universities and the increasing number of resident students are pressing for a reform in the construction of the Party branches for students, owing to the fact that the existing system of the rank-and-file organizations is out-dated, which focuses on vertically hierarchical framework and does not meet the needs of the Party's construction work under new conditions. This paper explicates the importance and necessity of constructing the Party Branches for students in classes and, based on this discussion, puts forward suggestions and necessary measures of implementation.
