摘要
文章基于工科院校的实践教学环节--金工实习,分析了它在我国现代化工业发展需要的高素质工程技术人才培养中所起的重要作用。并强调发挥金工实习的优势,努力培养学生的实践性、综合性、创新性和工程意识等方面的能力,从而提高工程技术人才的素质。
Based on the conditions of metalworking practice as part of the fielding teaching curriculum in engineering college, this paper analyses the important effect of that part on educating high quality engineers and technicians for the development of China's industry, concluding that emphasis should be laid on the advantages of field teaching, with which to train students' ability in doing actual work, synthesizing, creation and engineering awareness, and in short, to enhances their over-all qualities.
