阐明什么是临沧精神,为什么要弘扬临沧精神,提出要从六个方面弘扬临沧精神,为临沧的全面建设小康社会服务。
The author explains in detail what the Lincang spirit is,and why we should carry forward the spirit.To serve the cause of becoming a better-off society,the author gives six suggestions.
