摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件对复合材料和钛合金开孔平板进行强度分析,针对碳纤维复合材料具有各向异性和钛合金具有各向同性的特点,在线性弹性范围内采用有限元的数值解法对开孔平板进行强度分析.分析结果表明复合材料具有较高的承载能力,为复合材料开孔层合板在工程实际中的应用提供了参考依据.
FEM is used for strength analysis of both carbon fiber composite plates and titanium plates.Since each layer of composites may have different orthotropic material properties,modeling composites is,to some extent,more difficult than modeling isotropic materials such as titanium.Results from analysis reveal that higher ratios of strength to rigidity are achieved in a multi-layered plate.A theoretical basis is provided for engineering applications of multi-layered plates.
