摘要
分析丝杠的简化圆柱杠精确求解的现状后 ,运用泛灰色不确定性系统理论 ,建立了丝杠的简化圆柱杠求解不确定性系统模型USM - 1,给出了精度检验方法。编制了MATLAB程序 ,给出了计算实例。并与回归模型进行了比较。该模型不仅适合于等间距建模 ,也适合于非等间距建模 ,具有精度高、使用简便等特点 ,值得在数控机床设计中推广使用。
Based on uncertainty system with universal Gre y mathematics,an uncertainty system model USM-1 was put forward to accurately solv e the simple cylinder of guide screw,the method of precision inspection was intr oduced.Then,the programming was authorized with MATLAB6.1 language.An example w as given,their results were compared with the results of linear fitting formula. The method can be used for model establishing on equal interval,as well as on no n-interval.It has high precision and is easy to use.The model is simple and prac tical,and has a generalizing value in the field of NC design & manufacturing.
