摘要
本文对某型导弹武器起竖油缸的同步问题做了初步的探讨 ,对起竖油缸的液压回路做了一些改进 ,提出了一种采用非连续控制技术实现起竖油缸同步控制的方法 ,实现了液压系统的数字控制。该方法不但使系统同步性能优良 ,而且算法简单、可实现性和实时性好、可靠性高。
The synchronization problem of the missil e ’s erecting oil cylinder was explored preliminarily,and the erecting cyl inder’s hydraulic circle was improved in some parts of the system. A new method was presented which uses noncontinuous control to achieve the erect ing oil cylinder’s synchronization control,and the hydraulic syste m’s data control was also executed.This method has good system syn chronization,good real-time ability and reliability,and the calculating means is easier.
