摘要
本文对比例流量阀控缸的气动系统建立了简化的数学模型 ,针对该模型特点提出了双层PID控制算法控制速度。该算法与传统PID控制算法相比较 ,在一定的范围内有效地抑制了系统的速度波动和压力波动。
A simple mathematic model of pneumatic system w hi ch uses proportional valve to control cylindrer was constituted.According to the characteristics of the model,a double layers PID control algorithm was put forw ard to control the speed of cylinder.The algorithm compared with conventional PI D algorithm can restrain the speed fluctuation and the pressure fluctuation effe ctively within a certain range.
