摘要
本试验利用功率密度为717mw/cm^2的co_2激光对石刁柏种子进行不同时间的照射处理,其结果表明:5s～50s范围内均有不同程度的刺激效应,其中以7s、30s组为最佳剂量;90s、120s、180s产生了抑制效应,其中的180s组已达到了半致死剂量。
In this experiment the asparagus seed was irradiated with CO_2 laser beams in 717 mw/cm^2 power density at different time. The result has shown that the irritant effect was found in varying degrees within the limits of 5～50 seconds, of which the dosages of 7 sec. and 30 sec. were the best; The 90 sec. 120 sec. and 180 sec. groups produced check effect, and the 180 sec. group resulted in half lethal dose.
