内蒙古三种草原类型中主要植物花粉形态

A Primary Study on Pollen Grain Morphology of Plants from Three Types of Grassland in Inner Mongolia

利用扫描电子显微镜对我区草甸草原、典型草原及荒漠草原中30种主要植物的花粉粒进行了观察。结果表明:所研究的植物花粉粒在大小、形态、萌发器官和外壁纹饰上有明显差异;同一属、近似种之间的植物花粉形态相似;个别同一科内植物的花粉形态也相似。

Pollen grains collected from 30 grassland species covering the meadon plants, typical grassland plants and dessrt steppe plants were examined by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that there were obvious differences among the pollen grains in terms of pollen size, shape, colour and surface structures. It was found that grains belonging to the same family displayed similar morphological characteristics while plants in different family showed distinguished feaure in pollen grain morphology.
