摘要
研究人员对内燃机曲柄连杆机构理论问题的长期研究,使之趋于完善。曲柄连杆机构是活塞式内燃机的主要机构,它使内燃机的动力性能、经济性能和工作可靠性耐久性,显示其优越性。对其往复惯性力和旋转惯性力的消除也取得了显著进展。但是,内燃机曲柄连杆机构同时存在着,内燃机燃烧过程气缸压力处于最高区域而曲柄力臂值很小的致命弱点,使内燃机扭矩值不大。为此,本文提出了“平移燃烧”理论及其“某机构”和“贮能连杆”机构的设想,抛砖引玉地力求解决曲柄连杆机构这个致命弱点。机构的设计、试验成功,将是活塞式内燃机的一次革新。
Researchers have done much fairly good jobs on the theoritical studies of crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism and made it nearly to reach a perfection level. Cranknkshaft-connecting rod mechanism is an essential part in a piston type internal combustion engine which shows distinct advantages in power performance, economics, operationai reliability and durability. Rezearchers have, also got big progresses in the elimination of reciprocating inertia and torsional inertia. However, so far a fatal weakness still exsists in the crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism that is what the arm of force on the crank is very short during the period of combustion prssure reaching maximum points in cylinder, as a result, the torque on the crankshaft is restricted. Therefore, we put forward a theory of translation combustion and some tentative ideas such as developing a special mechanism and a connecting rod which can store energy in this paper. Here, we just cast a brick to attract jade for the purpose of being able to resolve the problem above mentioned We beieve that it would be an innovation to internal combustion engine provided the mechanical design and developing work sueceed.
