摘要
本文运用计算机模拟的方法分析了畜禽随机保种理论的主要影响因素——近交及遗传漂变的效应,以俾从理论和实践上对随机保种理论进行深入分析,为畜禽保种新理论与方法的研究提供科学依据。
This paper analysed the main factors such as inbreeding and genetic drift influencing random conservation in domestic animal using computer simulation, so as to check the theory of random conservation in theory and practice. Otherwise, It can support the theory of system conservation created by Sheng Zhlian (1989). The simulation has drawn four fundamental conclusions as follows: (1) It was impossible to conserve heterozygote for a long time in colong. So it wasn't necessary to control inbreeding for conserving all genes of colong by reducing gene purity in the work of conserving breeds for farm animal and poultry. (2) It is impossible to preserve completely every gene (including the lower frequency) in a gene pool finite population with sexual reporduclion. (3) Only a very large population make it possible to preserve the high frequency gene for a longptime in the case of completely random mating. (4) In practice, It can't depend solely on the size of population to preserve the gene with high frequency. Selection is needed for long term preservatior.
