摘要
现代图书馆面向用户的信息服务是开拓数字化信息服务的一个重要问题 ,文章从个性化服务的功能定位、资源定位、门户建设定位和技术支撑定位分析出发 ,构建了以需求为导向的信息资源组织目标控制体系 。
The aim of services is a system that concludes general aim and specific aim. The general aim is the purpose of information resources organization that can decompose to several specific aims. The aims and emplacement of the specific aim system include function emplacement, information resources emplacement, information portal emplacement, technique system emplacement and service emplacement. The thesis puts forward the principle of services, concluding the principle of user centered, systematization principle, unfold principle, and is easy to use principle and balance principle. The thesis also discusses the strategy of services.
