摘要
论述了图书馆拓展个性化服务的必然性。介绍了国内外图书馆开展个性化服务的情况 ,网络环境下图书馆开展个性化服务的方式和技术。
This paper discusses the inevitability of offering personalized information services in libraries. The current practices and technology of the services with network at home and abroad are introduced. Several problems proposed in the paper deserve attention for libraries to operate personalized information services.
