摘要
本文分析了铝熔体中氢与Al2O3夹杂物的来源及相互作用,提出了铝熔体净化必须"除气除渣同时进行,除渣 是除气的前提"的原则,介绍了气体+精炼剂-气体-过滤综合净化技术,及提高铝熔体净化效果的新技术途径。
The source of H and A12O3 inclusions and the interaction in aluminum melts are analyzed in the article. The principle that degassing and slag removal should be carried out at the same time, slag removal is the precondition of degassing is put forward. Compound purging technology of gas+refiner-gas-filtering process and how to improve purging effect of aluminum melt are introduced.
