介绍了吸附法和深冷空分法两种制氧方式的基本原理和工艺流程,并结合工程实例对这两种制氧方式进行了 分析比较。
The basic principle and process flow of the two oxygen generation methods-adsorption method and deep cooling air separation method are introduced in the article. The two methods are compared and analyzed combining with engineering examples.
