摘要
通过试验,研究了常温封孔氧化膜的陈化特性;指出陈化温度低是造成型材冬季生产时封孔失重值高的主要 原因;提出了适宜于夏季与冬季采用的两套封孔工艺。
The ageing characteristics of sealed oxide film at normal temperature are studied. It is presented that the lower ageing temperature is the main reason of high weightless value in winter. Two kinds of suitable sealing process for hot season and cold season are put forward.
