The Clinical Observation And Nursing of 38 Caries Cases Cured With Minimally Invasive Survey

目的 探讨龋齿祛腐微创技术应用于对传统方法治疗龋病易造成紧张、恐惧心理患儿的有效性并提出护理要点。方法 选择使用微创祛腐的 38例紧张型患儿进行临床护理观察。结果 应用微创方法的 38例患儿全部顺利完成了龋病治疗。结论 对不能接受传统方法祛腐的紧张型患儿应用微创祛腐的新技术值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect and nursing gist of minimally invasive surgery in caries which was used on the cases who got stress and fear with traditional technology. Methods 38 cases of fearing traditional technology were chosen to eliminate the caries with minimally invasive surgery and to observe the clinical nursing. Results All 38 cases had completed the treatment successfully with minimally invasive surgery. Conclusions It deserves popularizing the minimally invasive surgery in caries to those children who fear traditional technology.
