摘要
本文测定分析了生长在5月、6月、7月间苦苣菜与苣荬菜中氨基酸的含量。结果表明:生长在5月间的苦苣菜与生长在6月间的苣荬菜中多种氨基酸含量最高,与小青麻叶等7种常见蔬菜相比,苦苣菜、苣荬菜中多种氨基酸、必需和半必需氨基酸含量均高。提示:苦苣菜、苣荬菜是1种很有开发与利用价值的野生资源及植物蛋白供给体。
This paper studied the contents of amino acids of sonchus oleraceus L. and the Sonchus brachyotus DC. in May, June and July. The result showed that Sonchus oleraceus L. in May and Sonchus brachyotus DC. in June contained the highest quantities of amino acids. Compared with seven other common vegetables, the contents of essential amino acids, semi—essential amino acids and various amino acids in the two Sonchus species are hihg. It is srggested that Sonchus oleraceus L. and sonchus brachyotus DC. have a great potential to be developed for a very developing and utilizing supply of vegetable protein.
