摘要
本研究选用了常用亲本品种9个,按Griffing双列杂交方法Ⅱ,计有45个基因型,对春小麦亲本品种的数量性状配合力、遗传力进行了研究。主要结果如下:1.14个数量性状的GCA全部达到显著极显著平准。13个数量性状的SCA达到极显著平准。2.依据一般配合效应和特殊配合力效应及其方差的估值较深入地分析了各亲本诸性状的遗传特性。3.估算了遗传方差及其组成成份,狭义遗传力的大小顺序为:株高、小穗数、百粒重、穗粒数、抽穗日数、小穗粒数、结实小穗数、分蘖数、地上部重、穗粒重、有效分蘖率、有效穗数、单株产量、收获指数。
This study on quantitative character cimbining ability and heritability on 9 parants of spring wheat used diallel crossing system (Griffing method 2). Total 45 genotypes were investigated. The main results are as follows: 1. GCA for the 14 characters and SCA for the 13 characters are all highly significant as shown by F-test. 2. General combining ability effects (gi) and variances of specific combining ability effects (σ_(si)~2) for all the characters involvedare estimated. The heredity for all the Characters of the parents were also studied on the basis of the values of gi and σ_(si)~2. 3. The genetic variance and genetic composition has been valued. The order of heritabilities are thus arranged: plant height>number of spikets>100 seed weight>grains per spiket>days of heading >kernals per speikelet>number of fertile spikelets>tiller number>dry weight of above ground parts>panicle yield>percentage of fertile tiller>grain yield per plant>harvest index.
