A New Try at the Reform in Scientific Research in Local Teachers Universities

坚持以教学、科研为中心 ,弘扬教学、科研主旋律 ,已经成为地方高师改革创新的主要内容。客观地审视地方高师科研管理的现状 ,准确地分析存在的不足与原因 ,是探索未来的重要基础。根据当前高等教育改革的发展态势 ,从发展的角度思考 ,地方高师科研改革应该把握三个要点 :从转变观念入手 ,充分认识科研是地方高师可持续发展的重要支撑 ;进一步加大科研投入力度 ,努力改善科研环境与条件 ;强化科研管理机制 ,充分调动教师科研的积极性。

Upholding teaching and scientific research as the focus and playing highly the theme of teaching and scientific research have been the main contents of the reform and the blazing of new trails in local teachers universities.The important base of search for the future is to examine objectively the current situation of the administration of scientific research in local teachers universities and to analyze accurately its deficiency and the cause of the deficiency.In view of the development of the reform in higher education and in consideration of it from the angle of development,three main points should be held in the reform in scientific research in local teachers universities:1.Beginning from the change of concept and fully realizing that scientific research is the important support to the constant development of local teachers universities;2.Further reinforcing the scientific research and trying hard to improve the environment and conditions of scientific research;3.Strengthening the administrative system of scientific research and fully mobilizing teachers' enthusiasm in scientific research.
